Thank you for partnering with SKONE AGRO EXPORT PRIVATE LIMITED. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the guidelines regarding order alterations, returns, and cargo parameters for our B2B agricultural products.
1. Custom Milled & Processed Orders
For agricultural grains processed or sorted to custom specifications (such as custom yellow maize grit sizes, specific popped sizes of lotus seeds/makhana, or custom moisture profiles):
- Once processing or sorting operations commence on custom specifications, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.
- We strongly recommend confirming grain specification sheets and requesting sample lots before signing off on full bulk shipments.
2. Standard Cargo Returns
For standard raw crops or grains (such as raw maize kernels, standard wheat, or standard paddy lots):
- Returns must be requested within 3 business days from the delivery date due to the perishable nature of agricultural inventory.
- Returned cargo must be stored under dry conditions, completely unmixed, and in their original packaging bags.
- Returned lots are subject to a laboratory check to verify moisture levels and grain health.
- Transportation costs for return shipping to our Kursela, Katihar warehouse are the responsibility of the client.
3. Damaged or Quality Deviations
If there is a confirmed variation in grain specifications, aflatoxin, or moisture limits compared to the contract certificate:
- Notify us in writing with supporting laboratory certificates within 48 hours of shipment arrival.
- We will inspect the grain samples and issue a prompt replacement shipment or credit note for the verified deviations.
4. Cancellation Guidelines
Bulk orders can be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the cargo has not already been loaded or dispatched from our Katihar processing facilities.
