- Quotes are valid for 3 business days from the date of issuance due to variations in seasonal harvests and market indices.
- Prices are subject to applicable taxes, freight charges, and port loading fees unless clearly stated otherwise in the commercial invoice.
- Quality and grade specifications submitted by the client are verified by our procurement desk before confirming bulk rates.
2. Delivery & Logistics
We target swift dispatch to national markets and export terminals:
- Stated delivery timelines are approximate and subject to crop processing and customs clearance protocols.
- The client is responsible for verifying moisture content, bag weight, and grain count parameters upon cargo arrival.
- Any transit deterioration or weight variations must be reported in writing with supporting test certificates within 48 hours of shipment arrival.
3. Payment Terms
For B2B orders, payment guidelines are strictly enforced:
- New partnerships operate on a 100% advance, advance against document presentation, or confirmed Letter of Credit basis.
- Credit limits for recurring processing mills are determined upon background evaluations and formal supply contract signings.
- Delayed payments attract interest at standard commercial rates.
4. Intellectual Property
All logo marks, graphics, copywriting layouts, code, and stylesheets on this website are the property of SKONE AGRO EXPORT PRIVATE LIMITED. Sourcing, scraping, or duplicating pages is strictly prohibited.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Katihar, Bihar.
